Shipping Policy

Crown Belt ships to customers worldwide. This page explains costs, timings and tracking for every order.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Handling Time

Each belt is checked before dispatch. Orders are handled within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 7–9 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, peak seasons and customs inspections can occasionally add a few days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, email us within 48 hours of delivery (or of noticing the problem). We will help with a replacement or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
